Speak up and make a difference

We take any potential fraudulent activity seriously. We value our employees, partners and customers, and believe that we can only maintain the trust of our stakeholders by operating with the highest levels of integrity. That’s why we have implemented a Whistleblower Policy, which allows you to report any suspicious activity anonymously and without fear of retaliation.

Who can be a whistleblower?

We encourage anyone who has information regarding fraudulent activity, including employees, service providers, partners or customers to speak up and make a difference. You can help protect the interests of Premier Bank and the wider community by reporting any suspicious activity you may come across.

What activities can you report?

You can report any suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bribery, theft, embezzlement, financial crime, gross misconduct, non-compliance with laws and regulations, workplace health, and safety concerns, or any other behaviour that breaches Premier Bank’s Code of Conduct or policies.

Whom should you report to?

The Chief Internal Auditor is the designated and independent person to whom all whistleblower complaints should be addressed. You can be assured that your report will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, and you will not be subject to any form of retaliation for making a report in good faith.

When should you report?

You should report any suspected fraudulent activity as soon as you become aware of it or are reasonably certain of its existence. Timely reporting is crucial in mitigating the potential damage caused by fraudulent activity and can help prevent future incidents.

What if you don’t want your identity to be exposed when reporting?

We understand that sometimes you may wish to voice your concerns or log in a complaint anonymously, and we want to assure you that this process is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity with our systems designed to keep your information private at all times.
