How to Register on the Premier Bank Business App
To register for a Business login, you have two options: you can either visit your nearest branch or use our self-service option on the Premier Bank Business App.
Follow these steps to register for a Business login on the mobile app:
- Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your mobile device.
- Search for "Preimer Bank Business" and download it.
- Select the "Business" login type.
- Click on the "Register" link on the screen.
- Enter your Account number or Debit Card number.
- Enter other details like your passport number and date of birth when asked, and verify your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number to confirm your registered mobile number.
- Enter your Debit Card PIN.
- Set up a preferred login password.

How do I apply for this service?
You are required to visit any of our branches and the team at the branch will guide you through the registration process.
What do I need in order to use this service?
You need to visit any Premier Bank Branch to make an application. The customer service team will ask you for details of your account and identification.
Once registered and your Online Banking is active, you need a PC with internet access and supported current browsers or a smartphone.
Is Internet Banking secure?
Yes. The server that stores your Port Washington State Bank account information uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). This security encrypts your data. In other words, your information is sent in a scramble format.
I'm a current Internet Banking user. Why can't I Log In?
It could be that:
- Your internet connection may not have a high enough encryption rate.
- The security feature for Internet Banking ensures you are only one who knows your password. Internet Banking will consider you a “First Time User” until you go through the process of changing your password at least once.
- Your Access ID is case sensitive. If you used any capital letters in setting up your Access ID, you must capitalize those same letters every time you enter your Access ID.
I have a joint account. How do I access my account?
Each customer needs to sign on to Internet Banking with their own identification number and account number.
