Use the Premier Bank App
Activate your card easily and start managing your transactions in 3 simple steps:
- Download the Premier Bank App from the Google Play Store or App Store.
- From the login page, first tap 'More', then select 'Activate Card'.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your card.
Option 2
Request for an activation code
Step 1
Send an SMS from your registered number to 4595 using the following format:
Type ‘ACT’ [First 4 digits of your card number] [Last 4 digits of your card number].
Example: ACT 1234 5678
You will then receive a 6-digit activation code that is valid for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Call us at 600 54 4049, select ‘Card Activation’, and follow the instructions provided. Your card will be activated and can be used immediately upon completion of the instructions.
